  I took my very nervous daughter to get her ears pierced at Desires by Mikolay. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff took their time measuring and re-measuring her ears to pick the perfect spot, were so sweet and nurturing, and they took care to educate me to know how to take care of the piercings. They did both ears at the same time and my daughter didn't even wince and said it did not hurt at all. I would highly recommend Desires by Mikolay!

  I have been shopping at Desires by Mikolay since it first opened over 10 years ago. The customer service is amazing. Whether I am buying a $40.00 gift or a more expensive item, the attention and help I have received is 100% equal. I also love that they sell jewelry at all different price points. Some jewelry stores I have been in can be pushy in their trying to get you to buy something. Desires is not like that at all! The staff is friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. The jewelry is gorgeous! And I love that they sell gifts and bags too!
